Hello, Paul
It was great to hear from you.  I'm glad you found my site useful.  I've really enjoyed yours as well.  I've been trying to find how our families are connected.  I've seen your information on Lydia and Eva Simien, but I'm not sure who they may be related to on my side of the family.  Is there any Simien from Saint Landry Parish that you can trace your family too?

By the way, I'm not editing the Tribalpages site much anymore.  I've been concentrating more on the Ancestry.com site.  I've sent you an invitation to that site in a separate email.

Chris

Hello Christopher,
I became interested in my ancestors in the 1990's after most of the older generation had passed on to eternity. I wish that I had become interested sooner but.... Most of what I know about the Simien family comes from my mother Mary Boudreaux Martel who was the daughter of Eva Simien Boudreaux. I have some information to share with you which is on my family web site http://martelfamily.com. Feel free to use whatever you find there. If it is okay with you I have already linked to your site and downloaded the Simien Family Tree (impressive amount of work). I would like to share this with my family also. Maybe you can fit us into the tree. Thanks. Paul Martel
